Gi beat Milan 21-12

GI was down 12-0 going into the 2nd half. GI scored to make it 12-6 and then proceeded to have 2 pick 6's and win.

I got a bowl of crow for the Milan prognasticator(s) that told GI they were smaller, weaker and slower that MILAN....Aplogy accepted, from all those "rich folk" on GI.

4-0, WHODATHUNKIT!!! Gale force winds of change aren't letting up all you GI doubters. GI Football is 6-1 combined JV/Varsity..... where are all the 1-8 people talking smack on GI now....cat, or should I say Devil got you tongue. Amazing the silence data brings to the non-believers.

The GI DEFENSE tomorrow night will be strapped tight and you just never know what might come at you on O. Please key on Teen and remember that GI is slow, weak and small...yuk, yuk. Maybe GI should just forfiet.....or maybe, just maybe MILAN should "strap it up REAL tight" cause GI is GOING TO BRING IT...HARD!!!

Thank you for posting JV scores!

GI JV Red Devils are now known as the real "Big Reds". It shows that conditioning really does pay off in the end. Even though Milan was physically larger and started out strong and looked unstoppable. They just could not hold out 4 quarters to the better conditioned team. Good going GI, keep up the good work. This win really shows that a whole team effort and not just one player or two will win a game. Fire UP “Big Red”

Yes I concur with the thanks on posting JV scores.

The Jefferson jv went 8-1 last year as freshman but lost a very key player to a shoulder injury and are only dressing 15 kids. Not sure whats going on with them I thought the same as you that they would be tough this year.

GI has won only 4 playoff games in it's history and 3 of those came in the same year. Nobody cares about your "winds of change" and quite frankly I am getting sick of hearing about it. GI can win 6-7 games this year and make the playoffs. That would be a very big accomplishment for the Red Devils. But please with the "winds of change" comments... ok? we get it! They actually won a game this year!!!!

Lets not get cranky bloddy....I would hope you that you would find it good to have a down team showing signs of life. Kinda of a "breath of fresh air" dontchathink?

Yes I love to see ALL the HL teams do well.... my complaint is about the "winds of change" line being used over and over. How didnt they beat Jefferson is my question?

Sounds like someone is upset that The DEVILS are doing well and have handed off their "HURON LEAGUE DOORMAT" status. Afraid that reputation may come your way? Please be realistic, G.I. has lit some fires for a change and you can't deal with it. Well, THE DEVILS ARE Working it. They have united as a team and the COACHING IS GREAT. BRING IT ON DEVILS!
