I bleed blue and gold, but I knew they wouldn't win. I didn't think they would get that slaughtered though. Very disappointing.
You really are doing your best to make something out of this. Might just be time to move on.
You don't have an impression of the game? Come on! Man up a bit!Defenisve line is young? Receivers aren't very good? Poor play calling by offensive coordinator.? Not enough talent yet? Maybe just a few years away?
Or Maybe Bama is just that good. Say something other than being critical of me for bringing it up.
Blue and gold??? Um how about maize and blue. What is there really to say. They got blown off the ball on nearly every play. Let's play this game again in 2 years. -bn
I heard some people saying that Yeldon, Alabama's true freshman RB, made the UM defense look foolish, which he did no doubt, but they don't realize whose blocking for him, a whole returning line from the national championship team. Even if we wait a few years, I think this Bama team still beats us. How about Dennis Norfleet from Detroit MLK? He had some pretty good returns during the game.
Alabama is that good! They would destroy any team in the big ten just as bad. Michigan is still in the hunt for the Big Ten championship. Only thing I saw good in that game was Michigan's first defensive series. Really put the pressure on the QB. Not sure what went wrong after that though. My prediction for Denard's final stats were just about dead on though!
My prediction for Denards stats was 50 yards rushing, 80 yards passing, and 3 interceptions. Gardner should be QB and Robinson should be slot receiver. Just my opinion.
Where was M Defense?? All this talk about Denard is the LEAST of M problems.Coach Mattison was supposed to be the savior hire and now in the 2nd year the D looks BAD!! No big play maker, D line in the backers all night, no LB creating Mayhem like Colson from S and D backs not blowing up the corners on most plays.M better straighten out the D or it won't matter what the O and Denard do.SITOFN
