Congrats to Airport and Huron JV on great seasons. EM

Riverview 22 Rouge 20. Great game!!

Smcc beat Tecumseh 46-22 first game of the season for jv just saying they'll be good the next few years. Rebuilding starts when the class of 2018 graduates. Things are looking pretty bad after that

Good job Huron, Flat Rock, Airport, and View! There's no telling where the league is gonna be in a few years. Definitely some good classes coming up!

Great season flat rock!

Congrats to several JV groups this year, for great seasons. To the few that their records were not that good, keep working hard and it will pay off. The league is going to be wide open the next few years and I see several teams that could win it. Also, Congrats to Huron for taking it to Saline. That's an awfully impressive win against a powerhouse division 1 school.

sincerely,
Jet fan

I was really surprised when Huron scheduled that game after Summit dropped their JV team. I was even more surprised when I saw that score come across my phone.

Great job JV Jets!! Awesome season!

Jefferson plays today. Just before Varsity game. Owosso.

Huron's JV team is not only good but they are tough. It's a very good group. It doesn't surprise me at all that they thumped Saline. Even more impressive they held Saline to 7. It will be a great competitive Huron League when those Sophmores are seniors. Could be a 3 way tie for HLC. And a good playoff run!

Your right 10:28, my bad. Flat Rock JV had a great season as well. EM

Anonymous said...

Based on JV talent Huron vs Airport should be great games in the next couple years. EM

Anonymous said...

Nice. Have to remember that next year when you guys choke at the next level.

Don't forget, half your teams will be the juniors on varsity this year.

Things will change a lot.

If Milan won why the score wrong?

Anonymous said...

Milan won 34 to 6

Congrats Huron's JV on the league title. I cant wait for the Airport-Huron game next year. Also, congrats to Airport on a great year. One win away. Good season to Riverview.

Best jv player in the Huron league this year

Anonymous said...

Airport and Huron both had one loss in league, correct? Flat Rock and Riverview both wind up with 2 losses? Gonna be fun to watch all these teams in the next few years.

I could be wrong, but I heard the Saline team that Huron played was a split squad. Heard from reliable source, not trying to start a rumor or discredit Huron's win or season. They are a good team with a bright future.

Chris Schultz said...

I'm with the Saline dad tonight at a wild game dinner. He said they were seven and o in huron kick their tails. Never mentioned anything about a split squad.

Anonymous said...

Ok, my bad, congrats to huron, great season

Anonymous said...

Somebody's fishing!!!

Anonymous said...

Split squad??!!! Come on! They put all the Freshmen kids and JV kids names in a hat and pulled 35 names is what I heard!!

Anonymous said...

34 Sophmores and 1 Freshmen is the squad pulled from the hat!

Best JV player in the Huron league has to be that QB from Huron, the kid has a strong arm and was very elusive all year

Anonymous said...

no #21 from Riverview is the best in the league for sure.

Anonymous said...

#40 the RB from Huron had a great season. One of the best players in the league

#40 the RB from Huron had a great season. One of the best players in the league

Anonymous said...

Riverview moved that kid down for one game, varsity player rest of the year. One game doesn't make a season for a "JV" best player in the league

Anonymous said...

Not true about 21 from riverview. He played the last 3 games on varsity. All the rest on jv. Tough all around player

Anonymous said...

Also Airports #8 was deep ball threat. Best WR in the league for sure

Anonymous said...

#5 at Huron best receiver we seen all year.

Go Rams

Lance Keck said...

Jefferson 28 Owosso 14

Anonymous said...

There's no such thing as a WR in Airports offense. Number 5 for Huron was pretty good. They have the only offense in the league to even be considered for "best wide receiver". That's why they have the best QB and best WR.

Anonymous said...

Best field goal kicker?

Anonymous said...

I didn't see any one player stand out at the JV level. If they really did, they would be on Varsity. Keep working hard boys and then you will stand out on the Varsity.

Anonymous said...

huron had the best kicker that i can remember

Anonymous said...

Well said. There were a lot of good JV players on all teams. Really hard to pick a stand out.

Anonymous said...

Huron had the best kicker too? Damn! Huron swept the awards!!!

Anonymous said...

JV coach of the year?

Anonymous said...

Thacker- Huron

Anonymous said...

Did Huron have the best water boy too?

GI JV won vs Bradford on Friday 35-12
